Updated 29 October 2026
These are the terms for work we do for your business. ecomdata is run by Pium Limited, and your contract is with Pium Limited. From here on, “we” and “us” mean Pium Limited.
Pium Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 09251434. Registered office: c/o UKMAL, Unit 7, 3-5 Little Somerset Street, London, England, E1 8AH. Email: hello@ecomdata.co.
What we do
We build data and analytics systems for brands that sell online. We work with businesses only, and these terms are for business customers.
- Data pipelines that bring a brand’s Shopify, Amazon, ad, email and other data into one BigQuery data warehouse in the brand’s own Google Cloud account.
- Dashboards and reports on that data, in the brand’s own reporting tool or in a browser.
- Attribution, marketing mix models and incrementality tests, to measure what each marketing channel really adds.
- Customer, cohort and forecasting models, and alerts when a number moves outside its usual range.
- A private connection between the warehouse and Claude, the AI assistant, so a team can ask it questions.
- Ongoing work on any of the above, by the hour.
How a job is agreed
- Every job starts with a quote in writing: what we’ll build, what isn’t included, the price and when you’ll get it.
- The job starts when you accept the quote by email.
- If you’d like something the quote doesn’t cover, we quote it separately before we start on it.
- Where your quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.
Prices and payment
- A first build, or an audit, is a fixed price, agreed in the quote. The price only changes if you change what you’re asking for, and then you get the new price in writing first.
- Ongoing work is charged for the hours worked, at the rate in your quote. We invoice it after it’s done, usually monthly, with a timesheet showing what each hour went on.
- Invoices come from Pium Limited in US dollars, euros or pounds, whichever your quote says, and are due by the date on the invoice.
- You can pay by bank transfer, or by card from the payment link on your invoice.
Card payments
- Cards are taken by our payment provider on its own secure page. Your card details go straight to the provider over an encrypted connection.
- Pium Limited never sees or stores your card number.
- The provider meets the card industry’s security standard, PCI DSS.
- You’re charged in the currency of the invoice.
Your data and access
- You give us access to the systems the job needs, read-only wherever that’s enough. We use it only for your job, and you can remove it whenever you like.
- Your data warehouse is built in your own Google Cloud account, so it stays yours if we stop working together.
- Claude can only read your data, and customer names, emails and addresses are replaced with codes before it sees them.
Refunds and delivery
How work is delivered and when you get money back are on their own pages.
